Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, as our products are made to order and unique, we are unable to offer refunds.

If however the item is defective or damaged or the incorrect product is received, we will exchange it.

If you require an exchange, please send an email to hello@resultees.com within 7 days of receiving the item, providing further details. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will reorder the item and return the cost incurred to return the item to us. Costs will be returned automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

When sending your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
