Shipping of custom printed items

Processing Times

Once your order is received we will process it as quickly as possible and this usually only takes 2-3 working days to be ready for dispatch. This includes one day for artwork and 2 days to print.

Estimated order dispatch day from the day received:
Monday – ship on Thursday
Tuesday – ship on Friday
Wednesday – ship on Monday
Thursday – ship on Tuesday
Friday – ship on Wednesday

Please Note: a ‘working day’ means a Monday to Friday that is not a Public Holiday. Allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.

Postal/Shipping Timings

As all our items are made to order especially for you, we cannot expedite the printing and dispatch process any sooner than the timings provided.

UK – Delivery will normally be made in 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch to all UK mainland addresses.
Rest Of Europe  – Please allow approx 2-5 days for delivery.
Rest of World – Please allow approx 5-12 working days delivery.
